    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's normally during the day. We recently moved house and the previous resident was with Sky via Openreach and the engineer just had to change some something in the cabinet. We were up and running around 4pm... You should get a text when it's complete but if you're hub is already connected to the socket, try restarting it if it doesn't sync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know when usually the activation happens?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it straight after the midnight on the day or it takes more than the day to be activated?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be a new line and I have had Now TV and Vodafone struggling a lot with Openreach which is why I ended up with BT but I would like to make sure this will be working fine for the morning... and I won't have to cancel again due to Openreach's issues, they are impossible to contact too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
