    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the isp list it should have BT_VDSL. At least it did with mine. I don't even remember having to put in a password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to Connect to BT Infinity using TP-Link Archer VR400</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have finally had enough of my HH5 reliability (or lack thereof), and after some research invested in a new TP Link Archer VR400 modem router. Many reviews highlighted how easy it was to set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Except of course, its not. Despite entering the same username and password (bthomehub@btbroadband.com pw blank) as is on my HomeHub, the TP-Link refuses to connect to the broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not the connection, as when I put the cable back into the HomeHub, it connects. Unplug and pop it into the back of the Tp-Link, and it fails to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions before I return the router as faulty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you factory reset the TP Link before making the revised setting? If not, it's worth trying and starting again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
