Wireless internet radio connection problem

Hi, new to BT community, have problem with Pure Elan Connect Internet radio, which will not connect to my BT hub.

Radio display list's my hub and I can select it but radio will not connect. My laptop and hub are both working OK in WiFi

mode.

Any idea's.

Hi @Simon03 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'd recommend turning off Smart setup on your hub to see if that helps. Check out the link for instructions on how to do that.

Thanks for your reply. I have got it working now, did not pay attention to lower and upper case when putting in Wireless password.
