Disney plus blocked by BT broadband?

I'm a new customer, and happy with the service initially. Tried to use disneyplus on my fire tv stick and it didn't connect, then tried on phone and same thing. Went off wi-fi on my phone and it worked, every other app is fine on both phone and tv stick.

Does BT broadband block disneyplus? How can I enable this? thanks

BT do not block Disney Plus.

It could be that your Firestick is the problem.

Thanks I thought the same. I'm having the same problems on my phone, and streaming through disneyplus works using my phones 4G and having my fire stick tether.

i stream D+ from my iphone to a CHROMECAST dongle thats plugged into my tv and all is well
