Tidying and Rewiring a socket

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help!

Please can anyone tell me how to trim and reconnect my broadband wire and tidy everything up?

BT said to ask Openreach. Openreach can't be contacted directly for this and say to contact BT. BT have no option to deal with a question like this.

Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice.

You can ask BT to arrange a home improvement visit by Openreach. There would be a charge for this, as it looks like you do not have a master phone socket.

Or you can search "telephone engineers near me" on line.

Plenty of ex BT and Openreach engineers looking to help out.
