Screen share video stutter

Hi,

We very recently moved to BT from SSE.

When I try and stream video from my phone to our TV it stutters every second or so, making it essentially unwatchable.

This was not an issue with SSE, at all.

We're on the Fibre 2 package.

S9+ to LG

Any suggestions?

Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Smarthub.

Thanks for the help but, unfortunately, there is no 'Smart Setup' tab. I've accessed the WiFi channels and changed 2.4Ghz from '(Smart) 11' to just 11 and 5Ghz from (Smart) 36 to just 36 but the issue remains.

I'm accessing through a phone, if that makes any difference.
