Can I Watch content recorded on one Humax box on a different one

Can anyone help please. I currently have a Humax DTRT2100 connected to the tv in the lounge via Ethernet cable. I have been given a Humax FVP5000T. I also have a very old Humax player in the bedroom connected to another tv. This uses a Wi-Fi booster. Both TVs run off a separate internal aerial as I live in a flat and can’t have an external aerial.

I want to connect the FVP to the tv in the lounge (new set up) and put the DTRT into the bedroom to replace the old Humax. The DTRT still has lots of recordings on it, but I want to watch them in the lounge and not the bedroom.

can I link them somehow to make a network. And what cables/extenders/splitters might I need.
