Make sure you have turned off smart setup.

Try changing WiFi channels maybe using a WiFi analyser on mobile to find best or free channel

BT at that time refreshed the connection and the problem has come back.

What Wifi Channel should I be looking at?

EDIT - did a factory reset of the hub and the wi-fi has come back on so I know it's a setting that needs adjusting?

If you use a WiFi analyser on your phone you should see the channels in use near you and you want to change your channels to a free channel or least congested channel where your signal is strongest
