BT smart router with EE WiFi Disk

Hi all

Possible anyone can assist me with this?

I have recently moved to BT from EE due to a massive error on EE's behalf.

But now I have the BT Smart router in, but I also have a EE smart router with a WiFi disk which I cannot do anything with it.

I have tried to see if I can connect the EE WiFi disk to the BT router with no luck.

I know I can get a BT one, but I'm having to pay extra for this.

And my WiFi is now struggling to connect upstairs.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to be able to use the EE disk?
