on my samsungs when i try to connect to the internet the internet doesnt show on the available list but on all my other devices it does who we went to a different house it worked there but n out broadband it doesnt work we reached out to samsung about it they couldnt fix it they told us to tell you guys about the problem my internet doesnt show on the available list in the internet section pls tell me a fix it has been like this for 3 days now

are you a BT broadband customer? if so which hub version do you have?

Have you tried entering the wireless key on your phone? What model of Samsung do you have?
