    <description>&lt;P&gt;The equipment could still arrive tomorrow morning. In any event nothing could now be sent out to you that would arrive any sooner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All you can do is wait and see if it arrives and if not then contact BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Depending on what the engineer is calling at your property to do it will most likely be that he/she can still perform the task and all you would need to do would be to plug in the equipment, presumably the Smarthub, when it arrives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT equipment hasn’t been delivered need help!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT equipment was supposed to be delivered today, and have an engineer coming tomorrow between 8am and 1pm but it has t arrived just got back from work and it’s not here I tried phoning but there’s no option to choose, I need help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
