I will soon be moving house and setting up my smart hub 2 plus two wi-fi discs (a mesh network) at my new location. Presently, my NAS drive (ethernet connection only) goes to a switch and then into the back of the hub.

It may be that at my new location the NAS drive will be placed more remotely preventing a wired connection directly to a switch or the hub. The question I have is whether I can connect my NAS drive to the ethernet port on the back of a wi-fi disc so that it will make a wireless connection to the hub? Basically, I want to replicate the topology I now have, but connecting the NAS to the network through the wi-fi disc.
