I have iPhones that will not connect WhatsApp to the WiFi network but will connect on other apps, happily connect on 4g to WhatsApp have tried all Google advice have an android which works fine Any advice. Halo 6 with full fibre

This is not the same issue as its only the iphone that have the issue

Then it has to be a problem with the iPhone WhatsApp application, perhaps its trying to access another web address which is still blocked? iPhone security is known to be very tight.

As its only a BT Broadband connection issue, then it has to be either BT Web Protect, or Parental controls that are blocking a link within WhatsApp.

If it was a major problem with iPhones, others would be reporting it.
