      <title>BT Internet down but blue light on hub still there</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;My internet recently dropped, but when I went to look at the router it was still blue. I also cannot access the BT Smarthub Manager online.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone got any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do the reset first and if factory reset you should then be able to access hub manager and then turn off smart setup -&amp;nbsp; sorry but I thought that was obvious&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
