Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry for the problems you're having pairing the Wi-fi discs. Do you have Complete Wifi (Black disc) or Whole home Wifi (White disc)?

Post back and let me know if you're still having issues.

Black disc. All sorted now thanks by phone. New disc arrived today. Old one burst into life suddenly after lunch. Coincidently, openreach had just been in the road working on the new fibre.
