Unable to access BT hub manager , via 192.168.1.254.

2. Unable to link/pair WiFi disk with hub. Tried ethernet link hub to disk. With and without powered disk. Standalone powered disk , flashes blue, no steady state.

I am considering doing a factory reset on hub.

Licquorice.
FACTORY SET UP is probably my last resort.
But looking at taking such a step, could cause a problem with BT's Smart Setup. Accessed by in putting 192.168.1.254 An d when done switch Smart set off/disable .
But I CANT GET ANY RESPONCE With this IP address when I attach a browser
