Smart set up

Can’t find the option for smart set-up

ive found my settings through the browser and been told by bt to try turning off smart set-up to fix a connection problem.

there’s just no option of “smart set up” anywhere.

does anybody know where it can be found? The settings of my bt was found on the browser from my iPhone. Thanks

enter 192.168.1.254 into address bar then password enter hub manager and smart setup on first home page bottom middle

Turn Off smart setup

Yeah I go through that but there’s no option for smart set up 🤷‍♂️
I’ve seen a screenshot of where it’s meant to be on the homepage but it’s just not on my homepage

Its not visible when accessing the hub from a mobile, you need to use a laptop.
