Sorry that the &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/bt-whole-home-wi-fi/bt-whole-home-wi-fi-product-family" target="_self"&gt;Whole Home Wifi&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(WHW) discs are not helping you to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact the WHW product helpdesk as they are best placed to help you with this. You can call on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and&amp;nbsp;Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm) or you can drop them an&amp;nbsp;email:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A&gt;btconnectedhome@bt.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Whole home network simply not helping at all</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a very old stone cottage and the walls are thick! It’s also spread over 3 floors. I have the by whole house network with 3 discs ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on on the ground floor I have disk one and the ethernet cable disk one is plugged into the ethernet the light is blue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;on the first floor landing I have disc two which also has a blue light&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then on the second floor I have disc three which also has a blue light&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my problem is no matter where we are in the house devices will always want to connect to the desk on the ground floor - often dropping as signal is poor!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if I am in my bedroom my phone and iPhone will keep trying to connect to disk one even though we can see disk to with a blue light can anyone help! kids on the 2nd floor, iPads only want to connect to disc 1!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
