    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else got lots of issues with this setup? Seemed to have settled down but since the weekend the discs are all going red. Tried a few factory resets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VM Modem software version 9.1.1912.304&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHW was on the latest release when last checked -not even staying on long enough to log in to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sorry that you are having some issues with the WHW discs.&amp;nbsp; You would be best to contact the WHW product helpdesk as they'll be able to help you.&amp;nbsp;You can call them&amp;nbsp;on&amp;nbsp;0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and&amp;nbsp;Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm) or&amp;nbsp;drop them an&amp;nbsp;email:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:btconnectedhome@bt.com" target="_blank"&gt;btconnectedhome@bt.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
