PWHW dropping every hour with virgin HELP

Hi,

Please help

I have just switched to virgin and my mesh have begun to drop every hour. Doing me head in!

I rang bt tech support who advised me to make sure that my hub 3 is working as router and not modem and to switch some smart feature off.

ive done them but still same problem.

is there anything else I can do?
