&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the problems you're having with your BT8600 handset.&amp;nbsp; An engineer wouldn't be sent out for this type of scenario.&amp;nbsp; Your best bet would be to have a word with product support.&amp;nbsp; You can find their contact details in this -&amp;gt;&amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.ligo.co.uk/data/manuals/BT%208600%20-%20User%20Manual.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;User guide&lt;/A&gt; &amp;lt;&amp;lt;-&lt;/P&gt;
