Premium phone screen goes off too quickly

How can I get the screen to stay lit for longer ?

It goes off too quickly if you are trying to write down a displayed number to check it.

Hi @rufford155 I've taken a quick look at the user guide and that doesn't appear to be something that you can adjust, sorry.

What model number is that?

If it's the 8600, check the screen saver options, step 3 on page 64 under the heading Handset Display Options

Thanks Neil, I had trawled the guide and gone through all the menus on the phone and came to the same conclusion.

I posted here in the hope I had missed something.

It will knock down the score when I review.

Les - It's just a BT Premium Phone, I don't know what an 8600 is !
