Hi previously had BT with and openreach box that connected to my BT router. Just moved to Smart HUB 2 box as part of upgrade. Previously grey cable went to the openreach box and an ethernet cable (red) went to the router. On Smart HUB 2 the grey cable goes straight to the Smart HUB 2 box (no red ethernet port on new HUB) is this correct

if you have FTTC then there is no need for openreach modem and the cable from master socket now goes direct to the dsl connection on back of SH2 - just disconnect from modem and connect to SH2
