[Smart Hub 2] Constantly disconncted to WiFi

One of my devices (Astell & Kern SP2000, a DAP with Android system) was always disconnected to WiFi from Smart Hub 2 a few minutes after inactive (thus not playing/using), and the connection with the rest of devices (iPhone, Mac, SonyTV, NS, etc) worked well; however, the wifi connections were stable if this device was connected to iPhone's hotpot or BT broadband wifi within our building, which suggested the issue probably was induced from the router - Smart Hub 2.

I have already tried a few things, e.g, reset the router, but none of them helped.

I suspect there might be issues with the router but I don't understand why no issues were observed with my devices other than SP2000.

I'm looking for suggestions.

Thank you.

Hi, I had the same issue with my router so contacted support and they told me I would have to pay £109 for a new router as their online checks told them that my Wifi was working fine. I told them to take a hike !
