BT mini hub not working (all 3 of them)

we initiated a home move and informed it would take 2 weeks to get BB up and running

in the meantime, a mini home hub would be sent out out to keep us online (great as we both WFH)

First mini hub got lost in the post - then later delivered - it says exceeded data allowance

second mini hub - has no signal

third mini hub (sent to old address) - says exceeded data allowance.

any ideas or advice would be welcome.
