Changing passwords and renaming devices

We changed our admin password and renamed all of our devices, but at least once or twice a month it reverts back to the original password we were supplied with, changes all of the time limits on the devices & all the devices are their original names too (model of tv for example).
It’s driving me insane!

Hi @MKDogBehaviour welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it sounds like the Hub is being factory reset by someone pressing the recessed pin button on the back.

I thought that too, but it happens during the middle of the night. Was only myself and my partner in the house and in bed that specific time. It’s extremely strange.
