Disc will not sync on its own

I had to unplug the disc and replug it back in, but the disc has not reconnected with the hub.

I've followed the reconnection advise, and via ethernet does reconnect, although, when relocating back to where the disc is, it does not reconnect.

Retested via reconnecting the disc via no ethernet, and does not reconnect even when the disc is placed next to the hub.

I've tried changing the mode of wifi with no difference.

Any ideas?

Hi @tiger07uk, welcome to the forum, and sorry you are having a problem with your Wifi disc. Is it the white Whole Home Wifi or the black Complete Wifi disc?
