Thanks. Another question, can I hard wire any of the dishes, other than the Primary one? Thanks

I recently purchased a four pack of the BT Whole Home WiFi discs. For the first two weeks it worked perfectly and then it started to break. Every other day the wireless connection would drop out for some of my devices, despite all discs being on and not reporting any errors. So would end up rebooting the entire network, sometimes more than once to get things working.
For the price paid and the supposed premium quality of the devices, I am sorely disappointed and would like to know what you suggest to ensure these dropouts don’t continue

Hi @MattF Welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. It would be best to give the WHW product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com and they'll be happy to help.

cheers
