After a week of pain with my newly installed Sky Q box connected via Ethernet cable to a BT Whole Home disc, and a week of the main box and /or the mini box dropping off the network or being unreacheable, switching off one/both of the WiFi bands on both Sky main and mini boxes, I finally appear to get it working by connecting the Sky main box via WiFi to the Whole Home Mesh network, I then find on here that it's a known issue and has been for 8 months.

Is there any update on the issue? A timeline for a potential fix?

Thanks,
David

Exactly the same, and never any response from any of the BT folks on here. After 8 months I suspect it's a dead issue to them, but my WW doesn't play well with Sky Q using wifi connection, hence my ethernet connection to main Sky Q box, which now causes the WW network to reset a couple of times per day.

Getting quite close to ditching BT WW and buying another system. Feels like BT aren't interested, and Sky certainly aren't as they just want customers on their own BB.
