&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT Extender 600 kit.&amp;nbsp; Your best bet would be to have a word with our connected helpdesk.&amp;nbsp; Their details are below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your product is within warranty:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm&lt;/P&gt;
