&lt;P&gt;If you make a&amp;nbsp; call can you hear the person on the other end or is this only affecting incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to accept “announced calls”. When I press “1” I cannot hear the caller although the call is still connected. Any suggestions as to a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem now seems to be resolved. Not sure why, but now give time for the “press 1, press 2 etc” message to play prior to making selection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
