BT3560 cordless phone - answer machine

I have just set up this new phone and followed and checked the instructions 3 times.

I have recorded my answer machine message and made sure that it is set on machine and answer after 3 rings.

When I tried it out calling my home number from my mobile after 3 rings the answer machine did not cut in, it seem to want to try but just continued ringing. I tried this a few times but still my answer machine message do not cut in.

Hi @Beabella, welcome to the forum and sorry you are having a problem with setting up the answerphone.

Have a look at the Product Help Page for the 3600 and you will find the contact details for the product helpdesk who are best placed to help you resolve this.
