BT Whole home wifi issues using 5G as backhaul

hi all. We have a five-disc setup using fw 1.02.12 build 02. We have been using a 4G router to provide the internet connection and over time the performance has detariated The router is connected to the first disc using non-daisy chain.

I have now moved to a 5g router (Huawei cpe pro2) on a test of the phone i get between 250-300 Mbps and on the first disc pretty much the same.

Every other disc I get circa 100-150 nevermore, I have legacy turned off steering turn on.

Interestingly when in the lounge or kitchen never connect to those discs but won't connect to others? the discs i have are

study - excellent connection

lounge - excellent connection

kitchen - good connection

second floor - good connection

third-floor - good connection

a reboot makes no changes.

What I want to know is why don't devices connect to logical discs, and how can I improve the wifi performance
