    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just bought a BT3560 answer machine single handset base and have registered my 3 old BT2000 handsets to the new base. All is well except every time there is an incoming call all my BT2000 handsets then ask me to reset the date/time, and until I do this the handset is unuseble.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sorry that you are getting asked to reset the time/date after each incoming call. I've had a look at the &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/phones/landline-phones/cordless-phones-with-answer-machine/bt3560-nuisance-call-blocker" target="_self"&gt;BT3560&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/phones/landline-phones/cordless-phones/bt2000" target="_self"&gt;BT2000&lt;/A&gt; help pages and the product help desk is the same for each of these phones.&amp;nbsp; It would be best to get in touch with them the contact details are available in the links above and they'll be able to help you.&lt;/P&gt;
