Complete Wifi Disc

Hi, wonder if any one can help.

Just got complete wifi with one black disc which I cannot connect to my smart hub.

I have an old bt hub (downstairs) connected to my smart hub (upstairs) via ethernet which I use as a wifi access point at one end of my house.

When I try to connect the disc to my smart hub it does not let me. It does if I disconnect the old Bt hub. I want the disc to connect to my smart hub to improve the wifi upstairs without having to remove the old hub.

Would appreciate any ideas to solve this please.

The black discs will only connect to the smarthub 2, it won't work with your older hub

Hi @sami69 Replace the old Hub with another Complete WiFi Disc. If you subscribe to Complete WiFi they are loaned free.

Thanks, will try that. Will have to get additional disc to improve the wifi upstairs.

I didn't think the old hub would interfere with trying to connect the disc to the smart hub. Can only connect to it if I disconnect the old hub from the smart hub.
