BT Premium Cordless Phone Secondary Phone not Ringing

Hi All,

Got these phones late last year..but for some reason, the secondary unit in the Bedroom doesn't ring when we have incoming calls.

Can answer the call on this unit if we hear the one in the living room ringing, so works for calls just not ringing..

Any thoughts please?

Hi @jvenables Have you tried rebooting the phone (take the batteries out, wait a while and then put them back in).

If its the BT4600, make sure you have not turned the ringer off by mistake. Look at the bottom left button.
