I have an Samsung smartphone (Android), and tried importing my smartphone contact list into the Premium phone using its bluetooth option. I was surprised this worked for only some of the contact entries.

Investigation showed that the contact entries on my smartphone that had been imported from a CSV file were a problem (I import these CSV entries regularly as an extract from a larger Excel spreadsheet). I then found out by editing these contact entries on the smartphone (I put a space at the end of the name) these contact entries would import. So I am presuming there is something in these smartphone contacts that is "hidden" that stops their import, this being cleared by editing the smartphone contact.

My hope is that I can apply the fix to my Excel spreadsheet rather than having to edit these contacts on the smartphone. Does anybody have experience/advice of the limitations of the Premium handset Bluetooth import as the user guide has very little information?
