…there is a link to “Wi-Fi Home Hotspot 1000 user guide”, but that leads to

https://www.bt.com/content/dam/bt/help/legacy-ug/broadband-and-wi-fi-devices/Acrobat%20Document.pdf

…which is the Declaration of EU Conformity, NOT the User Guide.

How can I get a webmaster to put in the correct link, please?

Thank you. I was getting a little frustrated when the telephone support agents seemed unable to handle the issue. If you have managed to pass it on to someone who can deal with it, that is great.
