      <title>BT Baby Monitor 5" can't connect to BT Smart Hub 2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting error message 4 when I try and connect my iPhone 11 with the baby monitor, any ideas on how I can connect? I have tried turning off the 5ghz wireless on the hub, but that didn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you had a look through the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/baby-monitors/smart-baby-monitor-5-inch-with-colour-screen" target="_self"&gt;User Guide&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;? If that doesn't help there's also a number for the product support desk who should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looked through guide and as I have said I have tried a number of ways to make it work, but consistently get error code 4. I'm using a BT Smart Hub 2, which is connected to multiple other devices without any issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
