Baby monitor 450 incredibly quiet

Recently started using our baby monitor 450 and started off well. However, after a week the sound has gone incredibly quiet so much that we can no longer hear our baby. There is strong white noise and not much else. Quite concerned we won't be able to hear our baby's cries. Have lost confidence in this product.

Expected more from a BT product. Is there a way to fix this or are we going to have to use the warranty?
