Recently upgraded to fibre broadband with Halo 3+ and I'm having an issue with the hybrid connect device.

I have gone through the set up routine several times and the Hybrid Connect will connect fine using an ethernet cable.

Whenever I try to move the Hybrid Connect away from the hub to get a better 4g signal it will not connect via wireless, this is the case even if adjacent to the hub itself.

Any ideas?

Hi @NAKennard I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your Hybrid connect equipment.

After you've followed the set-up process and remove the ethernet cable have you tried restarting the Hybrid connect? It should pair to the hub via wifi automatically after the restart.

Thanks

Neil
