    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi the User Guide for the BT4600 says &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“The BT4600 has an in-built inductive coupler for use with digital hearing aids.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have tried the phone with the hearing aids set to T, I.e, inductive coupling and it doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;The hearing aids work on this setting as we have other devices that work no problem with the T setting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
