    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought a brand new by smart baby monitor (2.8”) and am trying to pair to my phone via the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After inputting my wifi password, the devices do not connect and I receive an error code 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a BT smart hub for my wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone know how to fix the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see that you're having problems with your Smart Baby Monitor.&amp;nbsp; Is this the device you purchased? --&amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/baby-monitors/smart-baby-monitor-2-8-inch-with-colour-screen" target="_self"&gt;Smart Baby Monitor with 2.8 inch screen&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your best bet would be to have a word with product support about this directly.&amp;nbsp; You aren't going to get the help on here I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp; You will find the contact details on the link above; I've also included them below for your own convenience:&lt;/P&gt;
