Complete Home WiFi Hybrid Connect , Lights & Connection status thresholds

On one Disc, I have Good and Blue on 5GHz and -71dBm

On another, I have Average on Web and Weak in App on 2.4GHz and -70dBm

Could someone explain the thresholds for Good/ Average and why is the web interface (Average) different from the App (Weak).

Hybrid Connect says Strength is -117dBm and weak . What is the numerical threshold for good or excellent?

Also to add that the app showed the hybrid connect disconnected for a while yesterday whilst the web showed it connected??
