BT 8610 call volume

I have a 'trio' of BT 8610 handsets. The sound volume on calls is always LOUD! I realise it's possible to turn down the volume while on the call, but it would be much more convenient if the default volume was always lower. At the moment, I find I have to pause every call while I turn the volume down. Does anyone know of any way the call volume could be permanently reduced? Thanks!

Hi @Baflar, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I've had a look at the user guide and can't see an option to set the volume of speech for calls. I may have missed it but have a look at the Help Page, and if you can't see it there is a phone number, and link to email the product helpdesk who I'm sure will be able to answer this for you.
