    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our baby monitor has stopped working and I’m now getting this message;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="74C7BF40-063D-4565-B193-B2400A398431.jpeg" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/73819iD658F24E60BE6FA0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="74C7BF40-063D-4565-B193-B2400A398431.jpeg" alt="74C7BF40-063D-4565-B193-B2400A398431.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; I’ve tried the following(&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) deleting and reinstalling the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) re-pairing the camera to the BT home hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) restarting iphone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) logging in with a second device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the app/server down for maintenance? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?&amp;nbsp;It was definitely working this morning…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can call on: 0800 100 6554&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and&amp;nbsp;Saturday 9am to 2pm.&lt;/P&gt;
