    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to access my Smart Hub 2's Management Console, on my PC. I've tried the usual 192.168.1.254 and 192.168.1.1 and neither will connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried different Browsers (Chrome, Firefox and even Edge) all give me a similar error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="2021-04-13.png" style="width: 776px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/72665i302DD3C69628D81D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2021-04-13.png" alt="2021-04-13.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at first I thought it was PIA interfering with my network, but it even does it when I turn the VPN off!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know how to sort this? or if BT know about the problem? (Can't get hold of anyone!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully all seems to work via my Mobile! so I can still tweak stuff using that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers! Sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Factory reset the hub by pressing the recessed button with a pin until the lights flash.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
