My BT Whole Home Wifi (3 disc set) has been working fine for a couple of years, but yesterday I had to power down all of my equipment for a few hours and now I am having major problems.

Most devices are unable to connect to wifi - my phone gets "IP Configuration Failure". One of my Windows 10 laptops connects OK The other one connects, but says "No Internet" (and I do indeed get no internet access).

The primary disc is connected via ethernet cable to my router (Asus RT-AC68U). This router is the only DHCP server on the network. My Virgin Media Hub is connected to the WAN port of the router (and is in modem mode).

I've tried power cycling both the router and the BT discs a few times, but I can't get my devices connected. So far I've only managed to get a single device connected to wifi (out of 2 Windows laptops, 3 Android phones and 2 Android tablets).

The sequence of LED displays when I power up the BT Wifi disc is:
1. Purple
2. Flashing Blue
3. Nothing (all lights off)

Any idea how I can diagnose/resolve this?
