BT Mini wi-fi home hotspot 600 FAQs have disappeared from BT help

Hi,

I have a Hotpot 600 extender and three 600 mini hotspots. In the past, I used the link at

To reach a very useful set of FAQs that contained a lot of info not found in the user guide.

Now this link doesn't go anywhere. Does anyone know where the FAQs are or have a copy?

Thanks Keith. I did that, and they gave me the information I needed to sort my problem. But it took 20 mins to get through! They couldn't find the FAQs either. Gone AWOL.
