Maybe a stupid question but have you disconnected the ethernet ? Any dynamic/adaptive routing going on will choose the ethernet over wireless to make the connection.

Marcel

Hi all,

Originally I was using one of my complete wifi disc wirelessly but then switched to the ethernet backhaul. Now I no longer want to use it via ethernet but can't get it to work wirelessly. Have factory reset it many times and tried to set up again but nothing! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers, Jack

Thanks. So it would seem that there is no failover from wired to wireless. If it was me, I would try leaving the ethernet unplugged and then power on the disc. If its not recognised, try "adding" the disc as if it was new and if that doesn't work, do a factory reset of the disc first before trying to add as a new disc.
